Metropolis City, a once proud town, is on a steady decline after years of diminishing tourists and a bored Mayor. Life is pretty dull in the once fine city until a local antique store owner becomes the town’s worst nightmare. ‘The Crown Jewels’ antique store had an enthusiastic store manager who dressed as “King Cocoa” to draw in the customers. However, like a method actor, his character took over his life and he now believes himself to be the real King of Metropolis and not just his antique store. A commercial for ‘Crown Jewels,’ goes viral and makes the town a laughing stock. But that’s not all the Mayor has to worry about. The commercial is attracting lunatic after lunatic. A younger, evil-er King from the neighbouring city has moved in to take over Metropolis and overthrow the not-so-needed King Cocoa. So, it’s time for the Mayor to take back what is rightfully his and rid Metropolis of its nutters once and for all.
